- From Seree Banphe Pier (mainland): 11:00 /13:30 /16:00 hrs.
- From Ao Krang Pier(Koh Samet): 10:00/ 12:30/ 15:00 hrs.
For all clients who paid and stay at Premier Seaside, Poolside Villa and Beachfront Villa at Sai Kaew Beach Resort can join shuttle speedboat service as per schedule follow;
- From Seree Banphe Pier (mainland): 12:45 / 15:45
- From Resort (Koh Samet): 11:45 / 13:45
(Please kindly stand by at the pier at least 20 minutes before boat leaving, boat leaves on time)
Shuttle boat for Paradee, Le Vimarn Cottages and Spa and Ao Prao Resort will moor in front of resort and shuttle boat for Sai Kaew Beach Resort, Baan Ploy Sea, Samed Club and Baan Supparod will moor at Ao Klang pier.

2. From Ao Klang Pier how do we go to the resort? Is there a taxi provided?
Resort provides local taxi to drop off at resort as a complimentary on arrival and departure date only.
3. What if we miss a shuttle boat? Can you arrange a private boat and what cost would it be?
In case of you are unable to take the shuttle boat as above schedule, the optional transfer is private speedboat as price details below;
From/to Jadet pier is THB 3,000.-/way/maximum 6 persons.
From/to Le Vimarn Cottage & Spa and Ao Prao Resort, Sai Kaew Beach Resort, Baan Ploy Sea, Samed Club and Baan Supparod is THB 2,000.-/way/maximum 6 persons
4. Transportation (How to go from Bangkok? and how long?)
It takes approximately 2.30-3.00 hours from Bangkok to Rayong by car. Clients can travel but bus from Ekkamai or public van from Victory monument as well.
5. What is a check-in and check-out time?
Check- in time is 14.00hours and Check-out time is 12.00 hours. Any special request such as early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability.
6. Information about diving and other water activities (both motor and non-motor sport )
Clients are able to reserve for diving course and other activities at reception counter of each resort upon arrival.
7. Do you provide a car/van transfer service from/to Hotel pier? How much it cost?
We provides car transfer from/to Suvarnnaphumbi Airport and Bangkok Downtown – Seree Banphe pier/Jadet pier as per details below;
7.1 Private Sedan Car: THB 4,200.- / car/way
Maximum 2 passenger, there are 2 car seats + 1 driver seat
7.2 Private Normal Van: THB 5,200 /van/way
Maximum 6 passenger, there are 6 car seats + 1 driver seat
7.3 Private Luxury Van: THB 7,200 /van/way
Maximum 6 passenger, there are 4 car seats + 1 driver seat
Condition and Payment Term:
- Full payment would be required.
- Accept Visa Card and Master Card
- Advance reservation is required. (at least 3 days before arrival on office time)

*** Please make the deposit by filling in the authorization form to debit your credit card *** Once transportation has been confirmed, meeting point map will send to your email with driver telephone number and in case you cannot find the driver, please contact ATTA counter at airport.
Others: Question about Family room at Sai Kaew Beach Resort
Family Room at Sai Kaew Beach Resort is the kind of studio room can accommodate 4 persons in one room with 1 double, 1 extra bed and 1 sofa bed. The decoration is the same as Beach Front Villa at Sai Kaew Beach Resort but the size is a bit smaller. Family Room locates at Premier Seaside zone where provides 2 rooms only. One room is on high floor and another room is at low floor.
